This allows us to split up when needed—such as capturing both the bride and groom’s preparations simultaneously—so you get a fuller story of your day. Our backgrounds in luxury fashion, high-end events, and digital content creation make us more than documentarians; we’re here to craft an elegant visual narrative of your celebration.
We offer three main packages specifically designed for weddings in Rhodes: Starlight, Celestial, and Astral Premium, each tailored to different coverage needs and styles. Additionally, we provide a Destination Package for weddings outside of Rhodes, which includes travel and accommodation for our team. All packages cover extensive video and digital photo content, with varying levels of coverage, edited reels, and personalized touches to match the unique essence of your celebration.
Our Destination Package offers a full 10 hours of coverage on your wedding day, ensuring every memorable moment is captured in depth. Additionally, it includes a complimentary 3-hour welcome party coverage the day before your wedding, perfect for capturing the excitement as your celebration begins. This package also covers travel and accommodation for both of our lead content creators, so you can trust in seamless, stress-free service wherever your destination may be.
All of our work and portfolio highlights are published directly on Instagram, where we showcase our best moments and each couple’s unique story. While we don’t offer a full gallery, our Instagram portfolio reflects the editorial, artful style that defines our approach, giving you a clear sense of what to expect from LUXWEDD.
Depending on your package, you’ll have access to the entire camera roll via a personalized Google Drive folder within 1-2 days after your event. All edited reels and photos will be delivered within the week, allowing you to relive your wedding day through beautifully curated moments.
Our Celestial and Astral Premium packages include two lead content creators, ensuring every important detail is captured from multiple perspectives. This means one creator can focus on capturing candid photos while the other records video footage, seamlessly covering every angle and moment.
While our Starlight package doesn’t guarantee two lead creators, we strive to offer the best experience possible. If availability allows, you may still have two creators on your special day, providing even more comprehensive coverage.
We primarily use the latest iPhones for their incredible photo and video quality, capturing your moments with a discreet yet powerful device. For scenes with a nostalgic touch, we occasionally bring in a camcorder to match the vibe and provide that vintage feel. Additionally, our digital cameras are used for all digital photos, adding another level of depth and quality to your gallery.
Absolutely! While our packages are carefully curated, we understand every couple has unique needs. We’re happy to discuss customizations that maintain our artistic integrity while tailoring coverage to your day.

Yes! Our Destination and Celestial packages offer complimentary coverage for pre-wedding events like welcome parties. We’re also happy to cover engagement sessions or post-wedding celebrations upon request.
While we naturally attune to the vibe of your wedding day to inform our musical choices, we also value your preferences. When it’s time to edit, we ask brides about their desired music styles for the edited reels. This collaborative approach ensures that the final product resonates with your unique vision and encapsulates the essence of your special day.
